Well I knew it was to good to be true, I hadn't heard from Sonic in over a week, and today I received an email and phone calls from Northway Financial. I tried to keep my composure but the person said they would only accept full payment from T&C.I told him they will receive payment in full over a period of time, he didn't like that. I also mentioned they were not suppose to contact me based on the letter I sent them and I would contact the Texas attorney general if the threats don't stop. I called T&C and they are going to get back with me. Oh well, I thought this would turn into the calm before the storm

Sounds like Sonic will leave your back after sometime. Stand strong when you talk with someone from Sonic or Northway Debit. They have multiple names of their fake business. Notify every calls of this company to T&C. They will be prepared and properly planned when sending your proposals to Sonic.

I believe that Northway Financial is just one of the many names that Sonic uses. Don't let them intimidate you at all.

I went round and round with Sonic so I can feel your pain, so to speak. You did the right thing by calling T & C so they should be able to take care of it for you. They told me they would never accept payments but they will. T & C has other forum members with then who has Sonic on their list of creditors. Good luck and keep us updated.

I also have been paying Sonic off for the past year--and my payments are going to Universal Financial. They tried to pull all of that crap on me and finally backed down--and the good news is they actually gave me a settlement offer which was less than my debt and now I only owe them $16!!
It can happen, so hang in there!
