They settled my account paid in full after my AGs office contacted them. Here's the address/info:

This was on the letterhead I received and a copy also was sent to the AGs office. Hope it helps.

They have a few addresses though. You can use the one from the link bossy gave above. I would use both to cover my bases.

Thanks amy445....I have filed a complaint with my AG here in Texas as they keep sending me threatening emails without showing me proof that I even have this loan. I show nowhere in my bank account statments that these folks ever loaned me money. I keep asking them to validate and show me proof, but William Schlappi keeps saying they don't have to show me crap. I am not paying these folks some $600 when I have no proof of what they say. Hopefully, my AG will get them as well and they will leave me alone.

Make sure you save those threatening e-mails, you can give this to the AG's office as part of your complaint.

I have had several e-mails from this company and I had been paying until I didn't get a response from them - I will be sending them a letter to validate the debt at this point - I've paid a ton on it already
