I have not been happy with the support I have received from T & C so far. It's difficult to get in touch with someone when you call, they always say someone will call you back. I signed up about three weeks ago with them

When I signed up with them in December 2005, I had never had any problem with them. But as of lately, the hold times are rediculous. I am thinking they are overwhelmed with customers because they consolidate payday loans and they don't have enough people to handle the volume of customers.

Just curious, I am now doubtful whether the people who have recently signed for the services of T&C are actually getting the results they expected before signing the contract. If people have to wait for so long for someone to contact them, I wonder if their quality of the negotiation process will be worth or not. I am just thinking if this is the beginning of some negatives about T&C

I have been with T & C since March and have yet to have one problem. I agree that the hold times are long but try calling first thing in the am. I have found that is the best time to get someone on the phone. I live in Alabama and do not use the 800 number, I dont know if that makes a difference or not? I will say this though, if your not happy with them this early maybe you should consider going somewhere else. I also was very proactive in handling my debts, I dealt with all of the payday lenders myself, this made the process go alot quicker. Hope you guys find what your looking for. Stephanie

By this time, T&C has already taken the retainer fee of $155. And I guess, it is non-refundable until the plan finishes. So, the consumer is stuck nowhere. I still think, T&C has to get some answers towards these problems faced by their customers recently .

I am w/ T&C too and I'm not getting any response for 3 weeks now. I have to call all of my pdl and make my own payment arrangement w/ them. None of them said T&C ever contacted them, I'll find out tomorrow if they are lying. I am taking Wednesday off to take care of this pdl mess and call T&C all day.
If you're thinking of consolidating your loan, you might want to consider other company and don't stop communicating w/ your pdl.

i must submit my opinion.

i will share what i know. if you were to eat many more servings of brain enriching vegetables T&C would certainly help you so much faster.

I know this is my second post to this subject, but if T& C cannot add any value, then your throwing away your money. I understand if they are busy, but they should not be taking on more clients if they cannot handle the clients they already have.

I agree with you awknox2003. I am beginning to second guess when it comes to giving out T&C phone number.

A lot of people are asking me for T&C's phone# too but I am hesitant to give because I am hearing negative feedbacks about them & I'm experiencing it myself. I made payment arrangements again w/ 3 of my pdl. They were firm that they did not receive any proposal from T&C.
T&C should stop accepting clients for now so that they won't loose their good reputation. I am thinking if I should stop sending them my payments and deal w/ pdl myself. I already made 6 pymt arrangements since I signed up w/ T&C but I'm still sending them my weekly fee but nothing is happening.

I am having the same problem as most of you all. I have signed up with t and C months ago and have gotten nothing, I have made my own payment arrangements with some of my pdl's but still need help and am not getting it from T and C. SO i don't know what else to do about this problem. I have called several times to speak with someone and no one has called me back. I think they should be informed of how unhappy their customers are with thier service. I know the 155.00 could help me out alot right now, and the weekly fees i am sending in. I am going to stop sending in payments since i am not getting any kind of help.

Where you all are gettting arrangements made iwth the pdls on your own, I would quit sending payment to T&C and demand the $155.00 retainer back and explain to them that they haven't contacted any of the creditors and are near to impossible to get in contact with. I know others have dropped T&C and have had to battle, but they got their retainer fees back.
