Are these PDLs licensed in Indiana? I am unable to find anything on them.

I am sure Sonic Cash is not licensed in most of the states. GFSIL is AKA known as ICS and they are not licensed in the US. These companies are famous for scamming people all around.

Contact your state legislator in Indiana to know about the companies licensed in your state.
