A lady called me today from a lawyers office saying I owe them $535.00 from where I borrowed from 10 Dollar Payday. I did borrow from them and I have tried to set up a payment arrangement in the pasy but they wouldnt accept one. Now they sent me to the lawyers, she said that if I do not pa by friday then we willbe going to court and they will be garnishing my wages. What do I do? I dont have the money to pay them right now. At least not all of it!

Are you sure she was from a lawyers office and not just a Collection agency telling you she was from a lawyers office?

how do I get out of this loan with United Cash Loans? I filled out a form for credit with them. After I didn't need the money any more their agent called me and said i was approved for 300.00. I told him i did not need the loan any more. He said ok no problem. I checked my account and i now have money in there after being in the neg. United Cash loans deposited it in there anyways. They said I was still responsible at paying it back plus the 90.00 intrest. How do I put a stop to this? PLEASE HELP!!!! I live in NC
