IF YOUR GOOGLE OR USE A DIFFERENT SEARCH ENGINE TO FIND A PAYDAY LOAN THEN YOU FILL OUT A "SIMPLE FORM" OR THO THEY SAY IT IS BEING SPLASHED EVERY WHERE THERE IS A PAY DAY LOAN COMPANY!!!!!

What state do you live in?

Was this an internet or store front loan?

You borrowed $200 and have paid back $810 correct?
