I sent letter asking for account to marked paid in full and or refund of over payment on Monday and havent heard from them???

I haven't heard about this company but I know that these loan companies take some time in reviewing the letters. You sent your letter on Monday only so you need to wait for some days and get their response. Where are they located?

I've been trying to get a fax, phone, accurate address on this company for a while. I called my back about the withdrawals. They gave me the name of the bank that's withdrawing the funds "National Bank of California" 313-655-6001. I also contacted the BBB and they are trying to find out information on this company. This is what they have given me thus far:
