Ok here we go again LTS Managment Princeton Harris
Express cash/The loan Shop/ etc etc company with many names. Received a new e-mail today wondering if anyone else has gotten one like this. I have faxed this guy a debt validation - Did not responed to it I have faxed this guy a letter stating the laws in my state and how much I have paid over a period of time above and beyond what I got from them and nothing. I have faxed, e-mailed and called nothing just sends me another e-mail either threatening or saying I am not responding. Her it is another letter:

We feel there must be a reason why you have not answered any of our inquiries about your past due loan with our company. These funds were loaned to you in good faith based on your signed agreement to repay the funds, please contact Princeton Harris in the office within 15 days at 1-800-859-6439 ext 358 for a repayment plan.



If there is still no payment plan in place in 15 days after receipt of this message, that option will be removed and your balance in full will be due immediately (10/10/06). Your account will be reported to the CL Verify Database and Tele-Track as of October 31st 2006 these databases are online credit bureaus that contain information about transactions with lending institutions that specialize in online cash advances. Negative transaction history could preclude you from ever receiving another cash advance or participating in any online transactions please contact me via email or contact me directly at 1-800-859-6439 ext 358.



Also, whether you know it or not you have entered into a binding contract by using your e-signature to accept the terms of this loan over the internet these loans are paperless for your convenience and our protection against people trying to defraud our company. Under the Uniformed Commercial Code a signature is any symbol executed or adopted by a party with present intention to authenticate an act of writing which you did when you accepted the terms of this loan. By typing your name on the loan contract you entered into a binding contract with my company, we would like to resolve this issue ASAP your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



If there is an issue regarding the loan, please telephone us at 1-800-859-6439 ext 358, so that we can discuss the situation. Whatever the source of the problem is, we are unable to help resolve the issue until we hear from you.

Ouzog, you have tried to contact the company and let them know about how much you have paid towards the loan account. You are liable to pay the amount your state allows. Not more than that. If this company is asking you for more money, that is definitely not going to happen. I think you should call them once more and inform about your plans. Tell them that you are putting your complaints at the attorney general's office because of these baseless correspondences and adding up illegal charges. Hearing you with a strong voice, they might back off.

Have you filed a complaint with AG's office. These guys settled asap with me once the AG's office contacted them. My acct. was marked paid in full due to the overcharges. I'll pm you a good contact at the company to handle the matter.

Just tried e-mailing a supervisor there at LTS Managment and this is what I got anyone have any idea why?
