I'll bet now they are regretting getting into the pdl business. Alot of us have put a hurt to them and I hope one day they will get what they deserve. The doors shut forever.

I have ameriloan's address and fax. But I don't want to repeatedly fax them a letter from work, so if anyone has a good e-mail for Ameriloan I would appreciate it!

I have actually received three refunds but I got to the point where I was happy with PIF status. One was very easy after I threatened to contact the AG's office since they were not licensed in my state or their home state. I got that within a few days. One was a harder negotiation and another was pounding on them for a few months. This one actually just happened this past week after seven months of beating up on them but I overpaid them by over a thousand dollars.

How did you get the refund from Rio? I have overpaid and I am trying to get them to mark my account paid in full. They would not do it. I stated that PDLs are illegal in North Carolina. they will not respond to anymore of my emails.

All pdls are illegal in NC. I think we will have to bug and bug the hell out of Rio to get a refund. In the end if you over paid by quite a bit, it would be worth it. I know myseld I overpaid ameriloan $575, that would be worth the time and effort.

If you paid more than AZ legally allows hopefully you will have the same luck as the rest of us and having them marked paid in full. Alot of these internet pdls are ready to settle fast once you file the complaints with the government. Let us know what happens next. Good Luck!
