Go to this link and check for the companies licensed in your state. http://www.corp.ca.gov/fsd/lic/ Know the legal fees and interests in your state before you fix a payment plan with my cash now. They are not supposed to charge more that what your state allows.

How much is the loan amount you have from them? You are supposed to pay back the principal amount and the charges in your state.

I owe them about 1020.00 but last night i ask a friend for help and i am paying them Monday the storefront place is driving me nuts.. i had a couple of 300.00 and they bought them and now i make one payment and i must say they take 15.00 from each one to help pay them off but it has been for ever and i feel like i will never get out from under these.. she is the one that keeps 2 sets of books and i never signed a contract.. she tells me 6 more months to pay everything off.. unless i can find another friend to help i will just keep paying.. at least the internet one is gone and i will NEVER call them again..
