Can I see an example of a dedt validation request.. can I send those to the pay day loan companies. i have a pay day loan with pay day select that I have been paying on since January 2006

debt validation letter works only on collection agencies, not on any loan companies. You have a loan with them, why don't you ask for your latest statement of the loan account. Put your request in writing, there should be no issues in this.

Hey cdavisd, I sent a validation letter to Us Fast Cash on Monday by fax and they sent me a settlement offer by email on Monday afternoon. Are you current on the pdl? You definitely need to find out how much you have paid them to find out if you have over paid them.
