Trying to figure out which payday loan company this is so I can pay off balance and straighten out checking account. Does any one know who is Cashnet Pfeesls?

It is cashnet 500. I too have them and it comes out cashnet pfeesls on my bamk statement too.

Get the PIF in writing from the lender. If you don't have a record, this debt might come back in front of you sometime later added with some fictitious charges. Be pro-active

I am having the same exact problem. They are starting to deduct various amounts from my account that are not approved. I can't seem to reach them to pay off my balance. Help?

Go to your bank and tell them that you do not agree to the debits done by the company. Request them to place a dispute with the lender and get the items verified. The bank will contact the lender with the dispute placed by you. The company needs to verify the items. If they don't respond to the dispute placed by your bank, they will help in getting your money back.

Be sure to get your PIF letter. I paid my acct of with them 10/27/06, and I hadn't received my letter until I called back and "reminded" them on 11/15/06...If you can't get it out of the other customer services reps, just enter ext.837, when you call...That is directly to the collections manager. He emailed me my letter as soon as I got off of the phone with him.

On January 5, 2007, a deposit from Cash Net Loans in the amount of $300.00. Up to this date (March 27, 2007)a total of $535.00 has been debited from my checking account under the name of Cash Net PFEESLS. I have no record of this company with having a payday loan. First of all they did not list there phone number. I just found out that the loan came from Payday Loan Yes phone number 1-800-550-6051. I called and spoke to Dee Davees. I asked him for the paperwork on this loan and he was unable to provide it to me. I am having various amounts taken from my checking account and I want it stopped. Alabama Payday Loan General Facts states " Alabama is one of the 18 states that cap annual interest rates for payday loans at 36%. The loan may not exceed 17.5 percent of the amount advanced." I asked the representive I spoke with at loan company and he told me they were not licensed in Alabama. I want my money back.

Cashnet is one of the other names they use for Payday loan yes, also Global Financial Services and GFSIL are all the same company. You need to talk with your bank and stop/revoke the authorization for them to debit your account, send them a letter notifying them you have revoke their ach and ask for your reund and for them to mark your account PAID IN FULL (get it in writing) They are tuff to deal with. Look throughout the forums and you will find plenty of good information.

And once you stop the debit, tell Cashnet that if they don't give you a PIF letter, you will be making a complaint to your state's attorney general. I just settled with them and they were pretty reasonable, so you should be OK.
