I got a payday loan and i cant seem to find the number to contact them and they keep taking out of my account all i have on them is the debit that comes out of my account and it shows as 1-TJF Corp do you know how to find out the number to this place? or even the name of the lender and i can look up there number??? please please help

I'm a legal assistant who works with this kind of matter daily. Believe it or not I took a loan from them months ago and have the same problem. I've received threats to be arrestted, yet the foreigners who call me on their behalf won't give any info. I'm trying to trace them right now. The number shows as a New Jersey #, but no info on the company. NJ consumer affairs doesn't know who they are. I filed with the FTC and supplied the information. I've also been in touch with the attorney general and state attorney. We are at a stand still right now. They are a phantom organization.

If they are automatically debiting from your account, there should be a contact number on your statement. Your bank can stop the debit upon your request.
