i got scammed for 2,900.00 that was every thing i had. i just hope that these guys geg caught before they hurt anyone else.buyers beware

I talked to two guys. They were Ralph McCormick and John Edwards contacted me and said I was approved for a $6000.00 loan. They need $1600.00 before the could get me my money. I was stupid and sent the money to a lady named Debra Graves in Canada. I have yet to get my money. Now I am in a lot of debt and I don't know what I am going to do for Christmas. I have reported them to Consumer Unit in Vermont. I will probably never see my money again.

bafyfield credit group got me for 1100. they wanted six months advance on a 6000 dollar loan at 6% intrest. Ian Mcdougall, now looking back definetly was trying to desgious his voice. If anyone has any information on a current address or if they have made any progress on catching these guys please let me know.

same people, same old story,same results; -no loan, -no refund, -out $2200!!! I feel like such a doofus... This all started on 10/18/06; when I asked for my refund, I was told it would be returned to my account on 11/13/06 --- I thought better late than never. Well, guess what, today is the 11/14/06 and NO REFUND!!!!! Tried to call and speak with someone and no one answers the phone; just about right... Next step lawyers???

I can not believe that I fell for this BS also. Collectively we should file a lawsuit. I was questionable about sending the money, but they have all the answers that you need in order to assure you that everything will be okay. LOST 1,575.00. I am not happy about it and I want my money back. What is this form IC3 form, and then to report to the FBI? If anyone has any information email to me at email address removed as per forum rules - Mike
. I spoke with Ian McDougal and then John in Customer Service, Now when I call the call goes directly to whose calling? I could kick myself.

Same as very body else, I was contacted by Ian McDougal, $5000 loan @ a 6% rate. Sent $790, then I got a call stated that the "private lender" could not get the loan secured with that amount due to my credit and I would have to send an additional $790. This all transpired between "John Edwards" and myself. I told him I did not have any more money to give and that I wanted my money back. He stated that because the funds went to Canada that there was a waiting period, and Nov. 13th the money would be directly deposited into my account. Never happened. Surprise! I've already called Equifax, next I guess will be the BBB, FBI, Police Department, maybe my local news stations.. I really am lost.

Likewise, I was in a desperate situation and sent $3300 over the course of a week. I, too, never got my money and there was an error in communication between "John Edwards" and the lender and they needed an additional 1200. I refused and took the refund option. Needless to say...I never received it. Of course they were also supposed to be giving me a credit from Bayfield in the total amount of $1000 due to the inconvenience and embarassment. These jerks really need to get caught. I am a single mom and obviously didn't have this money to spare...and neither did anyone else if they were applying for a loan!

well today is nevember 20,2006 never got my money on the 13th like i was suppose to i have contacted the fbi and bbb and am waiting on a resolution if there is ever one.THEY HAVE PUT SO MANY PEOPLE IN A BAD WAY.

I am wondering if they have now changed their name to Bayfarm Financial, and are doing business out of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Their new number is 877-211-5212. Ask for Paul Carrington and see if this is one of the guys from Bayfield. I bet it is! The other guy's name is Brian O'Sullivan. He is kind of a jerk and his number is 876-428-2295. I agree these guys need to be stopped..
Paul Carrington comes off pretty nice. He is the one that initially contacted me. Then, once I sent the money, I dealt with Brain O'Sullivan. Can someone tell me who I report this to? Right now, as of today, they are still answering these phone numbers.
