I filed a complaint on Rio Resources with the Consumer Credit Division in OK. A man called me back and said that I needed to file with the Internet Fraud website. I haven't seen that on here but I'm going to give it a try. What does everyone think?

The man also said that if everyone that had been defrauded by them would complain to his office, that maybe he could do something about it. He works for the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit. You can file a complaint online. If everyone would flood the office with complaints on Rio maybe we can get them shut down or at least running!!

The Internet Crime Center website you speak of is maintained by the FBI, and is intended to help identify, investigate and (hopefully) prosecute criminals who use the internet as a vehicle to defraud consumers.

wonder why the Oklahoma Dept of Consumer Credit told me to file there? Are Payday Loan Companies criminals?

Any suspected actions that results crime is an offense. Most companies are using internet to do such offense. Are payday loan companies going to be exceptional?? I wonder not!

Ok, I filed with http://www.ic3.gov/. I really hope that everyone that has to deal with Rio Resources will file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Credit in Oklahoma. That guy really wants to get them.

I'm from OH and filed a complaint with Ameriloan which is a part of Rio Resources based (at least one of their bases) is in Oklahoma. (NW Miami, OK) If this can be done on the web, pm me the site and I'll file one with OK as well.
