Who are these people!! 305-433-8367. They call and harras and say they are coming to my job to arrest me!! They want $580 now! A guy by the name of Brain Adams called me and all i understand is "good luck." Do he even talk in English? There people are evil.....

Did you take out a payday loan via the internet? That is what it sounds like, and it sounds like one of their typical threats they use to scare people. They can't come and arrest you, they are lying. What was the name of the company if you took out a pdl?

That number is a landline in Keys, FL. I called it just for fun, yes, I was bored! Some guy with a very heavy Indian/Pakistani? accent answered the phone and when I inquired as to the name of the company, he wouldn't tell me. He just kept saying I was speaking to BRIAN ADAMS! He finally said the company was UPD, which doesn't ring any bells with me as far as the many monikers pdls go by.

Oh, this is SJM Marketing/Platinum B. Services using United Federal Bank as a collection agency.
None of the above have licenses!!!!!!
Especially United Fed. Bank, they told me they were federal agents when they called me! lol Told me I was being arrested in the morning....PHOOEY!

I immediately called Florida Dept. of Licensing and they did a search on these picklepusses, and lo and behold..NO LICENSE! NO COLLECTIONS AGENCY LICENSE....well then, I faxed them a long letter and never heard from them again!
