T&C customer service update

I just spoke to the customer satisfaction manager at T&C, since I was not satisfied with the customer service I was receiving since joining up, I got her email, thanks to a moderater on another thread, and emailed her. I took close to 22 hours for her to call me back, granted most of it was nighttime. Anyways she did tell me what was going on with my account, she took the #'s of the most persistant pains in my behind so she could call them personally and she said she would call me back with an update by the end of the week.

She also asked me to relay a message to the good folks on this site, since they do appreciate us and they do know that many of us come from here.

I was told that they have completely re-vamped the customer service program that they have, including the hiring of alot of new customer service reps. She said they are aware that the hold time is ridiculous and as the new CSR's get on board hopefully that will be changing too. She asked that we just continue to be patient with them, they are working for us and will continue to work for us even if they are hard to get a hold of.
