I got an e-mail from a 2nd pdl saying they will forgive my debt but they re using a different name and not even referring to the loan #. They also want me to sign the release but not disclose anything about it to anyone but a lawyer or accountant or I will have to pay them $10,000.00. Anybody ever hear of this?

I emailed them back that I will not sign anything that does not include the name of the company that put the money in my account and they must refer to the loan # I have on my paperwork.

It rings a bell!! I will be suspicious on something like this. Which company sent you the email? Did you verify them with your bank statements?

It's not the same company that put the money in my account. or that I have paperwork on. The company that put the money in my account is Net Cash USA., Thats the one I sent the e-mail to revoking the debits from my account

You will want to get everything in writing ; with the correct company name on it. That was a good call on your part. I had settled with one of my internet lenders and I had a lawyer look it over. I cannot disclose any information about it, that was part of the deal. But everything was legit on this one.
