I received 1 letter from Palisades Collection LLC about 6 month ago requesting I pay for my AT&T bill I had about 3 years ago. They didn't offer any deal(?). Now, I have received a summons for 30 days regarding this same account. Anything I can do now?

Let me understand! Did you do something on this matter in these 6 months? Because, Palisades did their job by sending you a letter and you had a fair chance to dispute it within 30 days in case there is any error. They didn't get a response from you, as a result the matter reached the court. Have you verified the summon papers and checked with your local county to see if everything is legal? You may call Palisades and express your intentions to pay the debt.
