Unless they had another source to fund their loans?

First Bank of Deleware was only backing funding in certain states and Cash Call was backing the others. I was originally backed by FBD and was sent a letter about a month or so ago saying Cash Call took over my loan from them and I would be making payments to cash call. I wonder if that is part of what SDChargers is refering to and if that is part of them trying to save themselves. Regardless..they are still taking payments..of course.

Oh, now I see, how are they going to stay a float then if FBD backs out on them. That's interesting to know, will have to follow this one. Is there somewhere to find their company profile? Does the irs or some reporting agency have something we could look at?

So, I live in PA, and to my knowledge my cashcall loan is backed by First Bank of Delaware.. What does all this mean to me? That mine has not been sold? will it? How will I know?

Roberta, Cash Call sent me an e-mail stating that they were assuming my loan. If you have not received this then at this time I would think you are still under First Bank of Deleware. I would think they would send you notice like they sent me. If this is a big concern, you may want to try contacting them to ask and be sure. Roxy

I would think it would remain the same unless we get contacted. I am in Pa also, I am going to start dropping big payments on the principle to get rid of it here in about a month or so. I can't have this hanging around for eight years.
