Has anyone had any sucess with Cash Call(the gary coleman commercial company) accepting T&C's or any other consolidation companies proposal? T&C has made the proposal, the woman at Cash Call told me so, however she said they denied it because they don't work with consolidation companies. However she did say they received my(made by T&C)payment this month. She said that they have other options that may reduce my payment with them. I believe the don't want to work with the consolidation company because usually they ask for a reduction in the interest rate, which Cash Call's interest rates are through the roof. I'm just hoping someone out there may have had an experience and advice regarding this company. Thanks Pauli'sGirl

Have you sent them the template letter stating your state's pdl laws?

They are not actually a PDL, they loaned me $2600 for about $200 a month and they charge interest..simple interest so all the payments go to interest forever and you don't see a dent in the principal until the interest is paid off. It is killing me that I even took out the loan but in times of desperation I took the stupid step of signing the docs. I have been paying I just want to put them to accept the proposal from T&C.

I have not heard of them, they must not operate in OH, or I am sure I would've done the same thing as you have in desparation. I'm sorry you are experiencing difficulties in settling with them. But on a side not it is good to see Gary Coleman getting work. LOL.

I know I always feel sorry for those out of work child stars of yester-year....what we all won't do for money. Cash Call is in CA and if they ever get out that way tell everyone how evil they are, although they are nice enough people I'm sure-I haven't gotten a nasty collector yet-their loans are evil. Where in Ohio, I was born in Cleveland.
