Your welcome - good luck and stick to ur guns.
Don't forget to file complaints with the AG's office. I even filed complaints with the FTC and BBB. Keep copies of what you send to show your bank proof that you revoked your authorization on ACH debits. I had to show my bank that with Route 66 Funding and SGQ Processing and fill out an affidavit.

Do you have a loan with One Click Cash and they have charged more than your state laws? Get some tips in the link here and know how others are getting their account marked paid.

Make sure that you get the 'paid in full' letter. That's going to be the only proof. If you don't have this in writing from them, some other company may again call you with some fictitious charges and you don't want that to happen.. right..

Jess, If you have something in writing from them saying you have a zero balance, I don't think you have anything to worry about. I would send them a copy of their own letter showing this...Karen

well i was checking my account statement on line and i noticed a very large check withdrawl with a check number that doesn't exsist in my check book and the bank cleared it. one click cash put through a check for $510.00 and now i have to wait 5 calander days to get my money back from the bank. people like me who unfortunilty live pay check to paycheck dont have 5 calander days to wait for their money to be returned to them. i guess the laugh is on me right
