Has anyone had a Sears account that they entered into a consolidation program? I was just wondering if Sears was willing to work with consolidation companies.

Sears is a Citicard card. They will not work with a consolidation company. Let it go to a third party and then the consolidation company will be able to work a settlement/payment plan.

Most third parties will not accept any settlement plans unless they are very keen to get the money back. Sometimes, they threat that either you have to pay the full amount or they will report it negatively to the credit bureau and the creditor. If anything is to be arranged, do it directly with the creditor. Third parties are worst in doing a settlement plan.
