hey peoples, i got one loand marked paid in full...... thank god Very Happy

I called the Regulators and they said well he didnt say it but i asked him do i have to pay these guys back being that the fact they are not licensed in ca! "he said i cant tell you that but i wouldnt i wish i could tell you that" what does that tell you. HMMMMMMMM...... well i have four to go... Also I dont think we should be saying the company names we have loans with (only if you put your full name like i myself did) Embarassed

anyways any advice or easy templates would be greatly appreciated. I called the loan place and told them my laws and she put me on hold and said we will mark it paid in full but on a don not loan status SO WHAT thats another favor. Mabey i shoulda asked for a refund but i was so happy that i dont have to pay evry two weeks..... Very Happy

but my journey is not over i still have to fight a few more keep me in you prayers PLEASE and a big thanks to STEELERS AND PINK LADY!

Good job, Tasha!! Congratulations. Make sure that you have each correspondences documented, telephone calls records and anything in writing from the lenders that will verify your efforts of correcting the problem. After the lender is marking your account 'paid in full', you need to have it in writing so that they don't sell off any balance to some other company later.

i know thats what im afraid of really afraid of... i called them and ask for it to be paid in full since i paid so much intrest...at first she was hesitant but then put me hold and said okay we will mark it paid in full...and that i am on a do not loan status...... all they sent me was you loan with our company is paid infull as of 10/19/2006 thank you IS THIS ENOUGHF PROOF>>>......man this is nuts...im never getting another loan....

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You can change your screen name just go to edit profile, you won't have to worry about them knowing who you are if you don't use your name. That is Great! You will surely knock them down one by one, you will see.
