Sonic Payday is the same as Cash Transfer Center, I will see if I can find the address. You are off to a good start! You are going to get through this and have control of your finances again! Congratulations!

Here is the link:

It has about three addresses listed, just send out your letters to all three, chances are they are all legit addresses.

I wouldn't worry too much about telechek, and I doubt you will get reported by chex systems, you should be fine.

You don't have to worry about telecheck. If I'm not mistaken, telecheck only recognizes bad checking accounts, and since you closed it and have a different account, you should be fine

dmack,

You have done the right thing by opening a new checking account. You never know what the internet lenders will try, even using different amounts trying to get them through. The next right step is to send the letters. It sounds like you are on the right track.

I think I have said before in another post that I have an internet pdl with Payday Avenue and I believe they are the same as Sonic. I defaulted on it this past Fri(Oct 20) because I closed that bank account. Well, they just had the nerve to send me an email stating that I owe them $625 on a $400 loan. They also stated that they have begun to initiate contact with my employer about this debt Well, I'm one step ahead of them because garnishments are not done at my actual work location; they are handled in Florida where the main payroll dept is and I've already been in contact with them So if they send anything to my job, it will just get forwarded to Florida Ha Ha

I am dreading dealing with them, but I have malso contacted my payroll and sent the revocation of wage assignment letter to cover all any any non court ordered garnishments. My location also does not process garnishments they are done in Seattle. I am also planning to change companies after 10 years and relocate. Tomorrow I will changing my drivers license number too, the DMV approved the change. So I will not be easy to find.....

What I've been told is that if it's been a certain amount of time since you renewed your DL, you automatically get a new number. Good info to have, but this means you're driving around on an expired license, if you get my drift...
