My story is much like everyone elses. I had signed up for a debt settlement a year ago and just canceled. Wish I would have been smart enought to do it sooner. With a settlement they hold your money until there is enough to settle with a company so I wasn't aware of all that was going on. They have a company called Global Client Solutions taking the money out now. With them you can go online and see where your money is going. I liked this idea so I signed up for it.I was only with them for Feb payment but when I checked online, my payment all went for retainer fees. WHAT RETAINER FEES?? Also, and most important, my money from the previous 11 months still hadn't been transfered as promised. It shouldn't take 2 months to transfer. I have tried all week to get ahold of Samuel Mukiibi who is in charge of my account. I have faxed and left numerus voice messages. No responce. I am mailing a certified letter today, sending as many complaints as I can, contacting an attorney, and doing whatever else I can do to get all my money back. I already stopped them from taking out this months payment. I think( and hope) if we all get together on this, something will be done about him and hopefully we will all get our money back soon.

My wife and I started with a company called
Marquis debt solutions in Northport NY.We
did all of our paperwork and our account was
to be set up with the Frederick Law Group LLC.
which has the same ph # and address. I tried calling them everyday this week and all I get is a busy signal. I started tracking these thins down and it
turns out there is another Marquis Debt Solutions
5 mailes away in Kings Park NY. which I have had no
luck getting through to them either. I tracked the
the Frederick law group to MD by an address we were
given. That's how I found Mr. Brennan who I have not been able to contact either.Where do I go now.

We were also contacted by this law group, they're in the process of changing there name from Metro Law Group, Inc. to Fredrick Law Group, 19650 Club House Rd., Suite 202, Montgomery Village, MD 20886, 866-369-0251, Fax 301-740-9163.

We are also trying to get a refund on funds that were taken from our account once we decided not to use this law firm, but they took the money out anyway. I can sometimes get a hold of a Nyasha A. West, or a Doris who's a receptionist, but most of the time they don't pick up the phone. And I still can't get a response on when I'll get my money!! I would be on board with a class action law suite.
