I am not speaking badly against Hess Kennedy, but i am curious. i signed up just yesterday, through the credit xchange.
I regret doing so, only because i have decided i dont want to mess with my credit, since i currently have good credit.
I called HK&C, but they informed me i was not in their system yet, and to call credit xchange. i have done so, but im not getting much of a response back yet.
since i didnt have any money taken out yet, i am still aloud to back out, right? I wanted to get it done asap, cuz i didnt want to be told something like, "you had 24 hours from the application date to cancel", and i get screwed, cuz they didnt call me back in time.

Hess Ken, can you maybe help me out w/ info?

Do not go with them, they took my money for a whole year which totaled out to be about 5 thousand dollars. I still got sued by my cr. Card co. Because they do not deal with credit counselors.
I ended up having to file for bankrupcy and am now waiting for my money they supposedly have in a trust account,i do not know how much it is because they might decide to take some fee out for them selves. They have already gotten enough of my money without paying any creditor.

I guess its nice to know and am not alone with this, I too signed up and signed my son up as well we both cancelled within 3 days of signing up through the credit exchange and they debited my account anyways for 500 dollars. Does anyone have any help for me to try to clear this up?
