how can i pay off all of my payday loans and i have no money

There are different debt management programs by which you can do lower payments to all your debts and clean your credit.

You have to have some money so that you can do your payments in the credit counseling. Otherwise, the companies may force legal actions on you and make you pay the debts. That sounds to be the beginning of the sad story.
