i have one credit card othere outside debts for me to settle so that i have a better life .so i need finance i can't go to the bank to apply for loan as well i don't wanna to go to iilegal money leaders please help with my situation

You are right. Don't get tempted towards the money lenders providing payday loans during crisis. They can make the whole situation even worse. People come to figure out that the company you relied on turned to be a scammer.
Take the free counseling. Your debts can be paid off through the debt consolidation program. You don't take a new loan for paying your debts. You pay the monthly payments to the consolidation company and they send the payments to the creditors. You will get the following benefits after enrolling in the program.

Take the free counseling here but do not take out another loan to finance old debts, focus on paying the old debts hwoever you can, if you need to take odd jobs on the side to supplement your income to pay the debts down. Good luck and keep posting
