I am having a hard time with Pay Check Now. I live in NC where the pdls are illegal. I have paid $300 on a $200 loan. I have asked them to mark paid in full and made them aware of NC law, but no luck. Any suggestions?

As you know payday loans are illegal in NC. This means that Pay Check Now violated the law. Call this companies and demand a paid in full letter and also follow up with them with a demand letter Use the AG information in NC as a weapon when speaking with this so called company as you might need it in case the lenders intimidate you. Do not pay them one red dime, here is the AG information

I agree I would file with the AG office I have and I got my pdl settled. I would do what Ashley suggested and also file with the AG
