I have sent letters to the PDL's asking some to mark me paid in full. I asked Sonic for a payment plan and notified them that I had revoced wage assignment etc. This is the response from Sonic. I copied th AG on all of my letters. They are all calling....

Try sending your repayment proposal to these fax numbers, which is what I did to send my wage assignment revocation letter. It must have gotten to the right person/dept., as they sent a letter to my payroll dept. shortly thereafter, stating that the Declaration of Wage Assginment had been canceled.

Go ahead and call them. You will know what they have to say. Or if you wish, send them email again and ask them to mark your account paid in full. They have to do this as you have paid according to your state laws and the account should be closed.
