I called ACA Recovery. The lady with whom I have contact with told me that they want to settle with me for $425 but she still thought that was too high. She said taht the company has agreed to work out a monthly payment plan with me. Each month, I pay them $50-$75 a month until the $425 is paid in full.
She was very nice and cordial with me. She is also sending me the arrangment by mail and I told her as soon as I receive the arrangement, they would get a money order.
I plan to keep both the arrangement and the money orders in my files.
My payments with T&C have dropped to $56 dollars per week but I am sending extra anyway.
