I believe it is your message that I just read. I have been looking for an address, email or telephone number for MTE without any luck. I have been getting money taken out of my account by them also. I just spoke to the bank manager and I am meeting with him to close the account

Thanks

I closed account owing money because I couldnt pay finance and principal. I asked for address to make payments, I was not given one, told a 3rd party would be used to collect debt.

I have been debited 965.00 for a 250. loan. I requested many times a copy of the contract they supposedly had from me, to no avail. the customer service gal taunted me, called me names and talked to me like I was trash. The AG office in my state said they are not licensed in IN and the loan was illegal. I was told I can close my bank account to prevent further debits, and technically, the entire loan was illegal. These people need to be stopped!

I just got a call from my mother-in-law. They have threatened them and my brother-in-law with a lein on their homes. What do I have to do to make them quit? I don't owe them any money as they took all they were going to before I realized what was going on and was able to close my account.
