Hi
I send United Cash Loans a VOD letter months ago,have signed green card from post office, never heard anything else from them until I recieved an e-mail from them today at my work e-mail. The e-maill address link they gave is no good for customersupport(at)pinionpaynow.com, just gives a phone number, no address.
Should I send them another VOD letter with copies of the original I sent months back?
Also know that thay are on the rip-off report and do not cooperate.

Just an FYI - I had one company that sent me e-mails, but I was unable to e-mail them back at the e-mail links they had there, so I just did a "reply to sender" and typed what I needed to say on the original e-mail they sent. They did get it because I got a response to what I had e-mailed them about.

What physical address did you send it to? I believe they have an address in Oklahoma now but they received mine in Nevada last winter. They did the same thing to me but claimed they had been trying to get in touch with me when I filed complaints against them. Be careful when dealing with this company.

Good luck... These people are not fun to deal with. They gave in to me in the end, though..They just don't like to play very nice.

Yea, they are really hard to deal with. If they want, they are more than likely to send it to a harassing collection agency.
