exprescash collections has debited my account twice, once for $150. and another for $50. How can I determine if this is going to continue and why?

Do you have a loan with Express cash? That is how they have your checking account info if you have been approved. Go through your bank statements and see how much have you paid on the accounts.
Ask your bank to block the transaction code of Express cash. They won't be able to debit any more money.

Due to an emergencey I took out some payday loans on 07/05/07. I didn't take one out with EXPRESCASH, but on 07/06/07 they deducted $390.00 from my bank account. I can't their phone number. Can anyone help?

Ialso had an unauthorized debit or 130.00 from my checking acct. Beside it was expresCash also known as DMS marketing out of wilmington Delaware They say I filled out an online app with one of their affiliates and therefore gave them permission to debit my acct for a past debt . I filrd dispute with my bank. They also sent me threatning e-mails after I called them to inquire about it

I had applied for a Payday loan and received it through MTE Financial - HOWEVER Exprescash debited my account for $390.00 as well. I have called twice yet they never seem to be available and have yet to return my call. My bank gave me an form to fill out disputing the claim so who knows how long as this will take to get straightened out..... I am sure they won't credit my account for all the bad checks and OD fees either!!!!!!!!!!!!
