It states that someone will contact you after you sign up - but I have never been contacted by a counsler for advice

Perhaps, someone called you when you were not there. Did you check your email entered while registering here? One email is sent with the name of the consolidation company and their phone number.

You can do a sign up again with a different email address or call the customer care at 800-601-1579. They will take care.
