BBB gives a good feedback about this company. Most of the consumer complaints are resolved with the company.

To know this company better, check with your DA's office and the Dept of Corp. They'll tell you about their licensing and legitimate business.

Does it matter how long they've been in business? They've been in business since 97 according to their site.
