sorry yippee. none of these loans are legal in your state because NC prohibits pay day loans. Basically you'll need file a complaint with your state AG, BBB and the FTC. Please read the sticky on the forum page regarding closing your bank account. After you do that you'll need to send a cease & desist letter to each of the PDL's. On this site we promote paying back the principle only if the pdl is illegal.

Sue you for what. These loans are illegal. You need to close your account and open a new account. We have all done it. Your pay check can be put into another account.That is the only way they will stop taking your money. Stopping payment will do no good. these companies use a million different names and you can not tell which one they will debit under. The account needs to be closed and the new account info must never be given out

You can contact your bank & ask them if they can put it on deposit only status or put a hard debit block on it. If the bank will not work with you is there any way you can get a paper check until you can get your bank acct closed? These people will keep debiting your acct otherwise. No they cannot sue you..they will harrass you to death, but they can't sue you. You need to gain control of your money asap!

Take a deep breath, no body is going to sue you or take you to jail or anything else. Is there anyway you can get with your payroll dept today & ask for a paper check instead of it going in direct deposit?

no one will sue you. All loan docs say that. Dont be terrified, they are breaking the law not you. They are illegal, how can an illegal company sue you? They cant. So just relax.
After your account is closed you will make arrangements to pay the balance on the one loan you owe and you will start to get letters out demanding refunds on the three that you have overpaid on. Just take care of your account. That is the first thing.
