Welcome jackragan! Somebody will be in contact with you to discuss your situation and options. In the mean time what state are you in and are these internet or storefront pdls?

Here is the link to get your state's pdl laws:
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/
As for the storefronts, you will need to make payment arrangements with them, they are licensed and they can take you to court to get a judgment against you. Now the internet are different, they are not licensed and this gives you room to make settlement arrangements with them. I highly suggest that you file a complaint with your AGs office against them. Then you will either need to block them from debiting your account or close and open a new account. What state are you in, it would help to know this, to give you more accurate advice in your situation, laws vary from state to state. If you have been paying roll over fees for a period of time it may be that you have already paid back the principal and legal interest rate allowed by your state and you could demand they mark your account paid in full.

Don't take a new loan for paying the existing debts. In case, you miss one of the payments, you will be surprised to see the debts multiplying faster. Use other options like a debt management program. They give better results.

Banks offer loans to people with good credit and with good packages. Since your credit scores are not good, you will get the loan at highest interest rates and if any company is giving you the loan, research on them first. Most turn out to be scammers.

Sorry, should've also asked how much each loan was for. Cash Supply's corporate offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia. And if you still owe them and they say send a moneygram, don't I have the physical address where you can send a money order.

That letter worked for me so far. I was dealing with one of the worst (CASHTODAY), and since sending the letter multiple times, they haven't called or emailed for almost 2 days. If you have never dealt with this company, that 2 day record is AMAZING..

Default payday loans in oklahoma

I am so sorry I ever got involved in them now I feel like I am trapped for life. I am fixing to just not pay all my bills for a month and give them all my money just to get out of it. But before I do I would like to know what payday loans are not legal in my state. Can anyone help 10 dollar payday, paydayone, paydayselect, gfs, loan shop or xpress cash.

http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/ Please read this thread and click on your state and it will give you the laws. Please list the amounts that you borrowed and how much you have paid back and which borrowers you borrowed from. Someone will be along to answer your questions. You are not alone in this, we have all been there.
