First off I didnt recognize the name of the company and she said well we have you on voicerecording authorizing everything. I asked them to please send me a copy of a contract they said their is no contract it was all voicerecorded which also includes a wage assignment. What do I do? I never paid these people...I live in Indiana....how can i revoke this wage assignment?

I wonder how the loan company did a contract with you without giving anything in writing. Inform your payroll that the loan company is trying to debit money from your account. Send a copy of your revocation letter to the payroll so that they are informed about the future activities.

Once you have blocked the lender from debiting in your account, call the lender and get the itemized statement of the account for which they are taking money. Did you have a loan from them deposited in your account earlier?
