I am so sorry that someone took money from your account. This is a forum that discusses debt. We are not a loan company. Contact your bank and see if you can find out who done this. Keep us posted. KYSIDE38

you most likely borrowed money from a loan company and seem to have "forgotten" that you have to pay it back.

How can you say that Guest? How do you infer that ZTLANTA240 is not a victim of id theft or unsolicited debiting?

Dave because Guest likes to dish out the slander and then accuse members of this forum for slander. KYSIDE38

Ztlanta, please overlook our "guest's" rude comments. As Kyside said, check with your bank. They will be able to tell you the name of the company that debited the money from your account. Also, if it was unauthorized, your bank may work with you to get it put back into your account. Keep us posted.

You are right kyside. I think the same guest has posted in this thread-

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...bout18208.html

If payday loan was that good, then why WV is taking serious steps against them and why stricter laws are coming to save military members?

ZTLANTA240, try to find out the DBA of the company who took money from your account. All the community members would be helping you with the contact information of the company then.

Wouldn't guest's post be considered slander? Just curious, he seems to like to accuse everybody else of slander.

actually, that is why i put "forgotten" in quotes so as to infer that it was a "possibility" since i have read that many times in here.

once again, when someone brings in the other side of the story you all start ganging up and picking on the dissenting opinion. WHY IS THAT?

guest - my thought is that when you put the word in quotes, it gave the impression of sarcasm.

It's hard on forums. Inflection is totally lost in black and white Arial font letters. I am sure if we were in person and you said what you typed, we all would have understood what you meant.

If you meant no harm, that's awesome. I think it would be best for ZTL to contact his/her bank and get more info about the company that debited the account. And if help is needed, ZTL, post the name of this company and we can try and get you some contact information.

Why do you gang up on people when they give their opinion and if it is different than your's you cry slander? Just a question, since it seems your only purpose here is to badger people trying to deal with their debts.

Mainly because "guests" in the past tend to be very negative. Most people that genuinly want to help and support others sign up and have a user name. It's free and takes 10 seconds.

I really see no one "ganging up" on "guest". I see "him/her" attacking a forum poster who is legitimately looking for help, and crying "slander" whenver someone responds to "his/her" posts. So, "possibly", "guest" should take some of "his/her" own "advice" and not "slander" anyone on the forums with "his/her" random "attacks".

No one is looking to slander anyone here. We are all here to help each other. If our dear friend "guest" is interested in truly helping, perhaps "he/she" should put "himself/herself" in our shoes, for just five minutes. We are people too - we are not criminals, and we are not fools. We are attempting to call the attention of our government to an industry that is corrupt and in many cases, operating illegally. Just because a PDL is legal in your state does not mean they are operating legally, because the many various internet PDL companies do not appear to be licensed in the states they loan in.

Guest, we try to keep this a positive, helpful forum. To insinuate a situation that none of us know anything about yet is insulting to the poster and bad for morale. There are always two side to every story, I think Ztlanta should be able to tell his/her side before anyone jumps to conclusions about what happened.
