He was going to do an extension rather than "SERVE" me then he seen where I have several outstanding loans.... I have like 6 so it could have been anyone of them.

If this is related to a ipdl. Relax. This is an illegal threat, you are NOT going to be arrested. Call him on it, tell him to kiss your you know what, and say you will save him the trouble and turn yourself in and if you find out there is no warrant, (which we know there isn't) You are going to file extortion charges against them.

And you can actually press charges against these people for such illegal threats, and the charges would be harassment and extortion.

So I can actually call the PD and see if they have any warrents against me and then file charges against them?

The Fair Debt Collection Act makes it illegal for compaines to make such threats in an attempt to collect a debt.
Think of it this way - how can a company have you arrested without telling you WHY you are being arrested? You said it yourself - you have no idea who this creditor is. Until they identify the creditor's name and the amount you owe, they can't touch you. They will threaten until the cows come home, and then threaten a little more - all lies. When they call, ask for a debt verification letter. Or, request a mailing address and use one of the sample letters here to get verification of this debt:

You aren't going to be arrested, and that is the bottom line. This is a famous threat the ipdls use on consumers. And it is VERY ILLEGAL. You can call to see if you have any warrants, but it would be a waste of your time, because there aren't any. Call this idiot on the threat, tell him you contacted the police and they said there wasn't any and that you can file charges against him for such a threat. You are going to be fine, I know you are shaken up quite a bit, and we all have been in the beginning. But you are going to be ok.

I just got a call from GFSL and the amount they SAY I owe them is equal to the amount that this Law firm claims I owe.... with there legal fees, processig fees yadda yadda yadda..... anyway and then all of a sudden they have given me an address to send them a money order... told them I would send them a money order the end of December! Which I will... but I will only send what I owe and no more! Am I correct in believing I do not have to pay all that rediculious interest? The face amount was 200.00

Welcome Sheri, You have to pay back principal and your staes interest rates to be in the clear. Look up your state at www.paydayloaninfo.org. If you are in a state where payday lending is prohibited you pay principal only. Best Wishes and Calm Down.... KYSIDE38

This is a common threat with internet payday lenders. They can't have you arrested. In fact, it was probably someone from their internal collections department that actually called you. This happened to me and it came back to bite the company big in the butt. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. Pay back what you legally owe and be done with it. In the meantime, contact your consumer protection office to file the proper complaints. Keep everything documented as well.

Take notes, record if you can, and sue.
