I was sued my credit card company. They sent me a court date & time so i went to the court on the date that was shown in the letter but i wasn't on the list for the court schedule.. I dont't know what happen..

Call up the court clerk (or pay them a visit with the documents from your CC company) and ask them to help you figure out what is going on. In case the hearing was rescheduled, you don't want to miss it.
