Have you filed a police report about the checking account activity? If not you need to do so asap, also contact them with this new information about them telling you they are with the FBI. That is a huge no no. You may also want to contact the FBI about this. They cannot arrest you for non payment of a internet payday loan. This is a threat that they use to scare people into paying them. And most of all the FBI will not come and arrest you. They are not a part of this company. You need to start filing complaints against this company asap. I wouldn't pay them. Because this company probably bought your defaulted account for pennies on the dollar and are probably trying to collect 3 times the amount you really borrowed.

I've just recv'd a call from Jackson and Associates and don't know what to do, they to are trying to threaten me and say I'm going to jail. I don't know how to send any money, and beleive me it's not going to be the thousand they said it'll be just what I borrowed and the finance. Gosh it's ridiculous how their tactics are. Should I just contact arrowhead? I am Texas

Arrowhead has been taking $60 out of my checking every other week, I owe $200 and they charged me a $60 finance fee. This fee has been ongoing now for about 4 to 6 months, I never can pay the 200 b/c of the 60 they take out. How long can they take out the 60 and after so long do they not use that to start paying off the loan? I live in Arkansas and not sure of PDL laws
