Does anyone have experience dealing with payday ok am trying to get them to mark my loan paid in full am on the phone with them right now.

Ok i was just told that there legal department is looking into the matter and they will either email me or call and no with drawls will be made to my account until their legal department looks into the matter. WHat do you guys think.

I haven't sent them anything yet according to my records I still owe them $14.00 than I will start sending them my letters & faxes. Good luck and keep me posted. Since they are next on my list.

I've paid $218.08 interest and fees on a 300.00 loan and $200.00 in interest, am not paying a dime more. that it's rediculaous according to the law of MD they are in the wrong.

They settled with me right away when they received my email.

I must have sent them a settlment email by mistake..They sent me a email today saying that my account is paid in full. Good luck

I just noticed a charge from them and I put in a dispute with my bank. I received the money back but now they are calling me and I've never taken out an internet payday loan so very scared how they received my account information. Their number is 866-465-5054. A Michelle called me at extention 4310.... I've called the last two days with no response. Anyone know how they get your info????

They will settle. And if you press them you can get a refund for any excess interest you paid above a the principal. I just settled and got over $1500 back from them
