Ive dealt with paydaymax.com and credit protection depot was the collector for them. I live in NJ and pdls are illegal. I borrowed 300 and paid back 325. They say i owe 600 more. Well I just spoke with a supervisor named Jason, and told him i've been in contact with an attorney and the AG's office because they are illegal. I told them the AG's office wanted me to file a complaint. He asked if i filed yet, i said if you don't mark my accout PIF then yes i am as soon as I hang up. Well guess what he is closing out my account and sending me a PIF email.

Traci, Please still file that complaint. Even if you settle that dosent settle the states case. The more complaints that go in against these people the better. KYSIDE38

traci78 please file a report with the AG office anyhow because the more people who complain about these companies the sooner this industry will be shut down

The complaint was filed last week with the AG's office. But i had to say a few tales so i could get it marked pif.

I told them that i wasn't going to file. Because if i told them i already filed they werent going to close my account. So i said no i won't file, but little did they know i already did. thats what i meant by a tale. it's been less than 45 minutes since i hung up with them and i already received this.

Well after getting my PIF letter, I decided last night to send a refund request on all my previous loans with paydaymax.com for all the fees i paid for their extenstion and roll over charges. Since I had told them they were prohibited in my state and they pif my account. Whats the worst they're going to do is say NO, well its worth a shot.

Well I sent the letter last night, hopefully I will have a response soon. I was hoping since they are aware of my complaints to the AG's Office, maybe they would want to try to keep their heads above water a little and cooperate with me and others. Wish me luck i could really use the refund $$ for the holidays.
