MTE FINANCIAL deit my account. I have not taken out a loan with them. What can you tell me about this company.

This company goes by differest names. What is the name of the company you took a loan from? Also go to www.paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws on payday loans. KYSIDE38

Do you have a loan from Rio Resources or any of their affiliates? They might have used one of their DBA name to get the debit done.

Chances are that you may be having a loan from one of the affiliates of Rio Resources. MTE Financial is one of them and they might have shared your SSN#. Go to your bank. You should immediately report this unauthorized debit to the manager and request an investigation. He will be able to dispute the debit with the company. You will have your money back if the company is unable to verify the charges.

and you might want to consider closing your account. i talk to people every day about pdl's and most of them say the same thing, their checking account information is passed out and BOOM, other loans and debits that were not authorized. people have bank accounts that are thousands in the negative because of this. i know for a fact if you let it go too far it will be too late too turn back. the last thing you want is an account with a negative balance that you can not cover, and the bank WILL NOT allow you to close your account...it can turn into a mess really fast. so, first things first close the account and open another one if you can.

These people are loan sharks and they will not stop. Go to www.paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws on payday lending. Also file complaints with your state Attorney Generals office ASAP. The more complaints that go in the better. KYSIDE38
