By chance, have you taken any loan from OSL/CMG or one of their affiliates?

I think your bank may have the contact info of the loan place. Their system keeps a log file of all the companies doing transactions at the bank. Or, search in the BBB

You might want to forward your documents to the state of Illinois. These are legal document that you electronically signed. What do you need the address for?

Again you did not agree to the laws of your state. You agreed to the governing law. Which is: Both parties agree that this Note and your account shall be governed by all applicable federal laws and all laws of the jurisdiction in which the lender is located, regardless of which state you may reside, and by signing below or by your electronic signature, you consent to the exclusive exercise of regularity and adjudicatory authority by the jurisdiction in which the lender is located over all matters related to this note and your account forsaking any other jurisdiction which either party may claim by virtue of residency.

So whoever is telling you should read over the terms which you agreed. Unless you let me know otherwise I will keep you set up for your payoff of 260.00 which you requested on 12/1/06.

Thank You,
Kristina Warren

I was told that it does not matter what state the pdl is in. They are to go
by the state laws of where the customer lives.

I looked up the FSM Processing on the BBB and they have an unkown address in PA and a address in NV. The one in NV they cannot do a report on because they cannot find where they have a legal business license to operate in the state.

She emailed again and said there is nothing further to discuss. My payment will be taken out on the 8th(the amount they think should be taken out) and they will not contact me any further.

YELIK1, what you need to do is go to your ban TODAY and close that account! This comapny will bleed you dry if you don't. Are you dealing with any other IPDL companies?

I made the mistake with CMG, and they hit my bank account every paypay. The amounts they take out don't pay the loan off, it's a finance charge because you didn't pay the loan off. I tried to tell them I never signed anything of agreed to their terms and they claim the "Electronic Signature" button is all they need.
