I have aroun six thousand in debt that i am having a horrible time paying off. I just moved and have additional expence that I was not anticipating. I am getting behind and need to do something. Thank you in advance for your help.

Welcome to the forum! You have registered (which is good) so a debt counselor should be calling you shortly. In the meantime, would you like to tell us a little bit more about your financial situation? For example are you employed full or part-time?

Why don't you try and call your creditors to explain about your financial difficulties. They will be willing to do some arrangements on your file. They may provide some extensions on your payments and you might find it affordable.
If this doesn't work, consider speaking with a debt counselor.

Welcome Amandagail  Anthony is right, somtimes if you explain your circumstances, and tell them you want to get these paid, they will work with you. Alot of times,or most, if you ignore them because you can't pay-that's when it gets ugly and not so easy to work out a payment plan. Keep us posted!...Karen
