I just called their legal department everytime that they hung up on me. I called back. I spoke very nice to them and I didn't raise my voice. They guy was telling me that we are done. I said no sir I am asking you to mark my account PIF. He said ok no problem. I am going to call them back and tell them that I have a recording of them to mark my account paid in full. I got two new numbers out of a customer service guy. They are 877-290-5259 and 877-646-9618. I don't know if they have been posted here before.

Keep calling them. Bug them the way they bug you.
Make sure you record that. It is important. Although, they will say we are not customer service, they have to show respect. If they don't give it to you take it.

did you listen to the recording??? becasue i tried recording them a few times and for some reason i can only hear myself talking they have some kind of block on it

I just recieved a call from "Anthony Thomas" in their "legal department". I tried to call them back and they hung up on me. He then called me back saying I can settle and pay off the loan with $118. I tried to explain to him i already paid $201 on a $200 loan and it should be marked pif. PDLS are prohibited in my state. He wanted to hear nothing of it. He just tried to pursued me into saying i refuse to pay. I just kept recited my state laws and said mark me pif. He told me to have my AG'S office contact them.

I used my own recorder. It was a hand held. I love to bug these people. The way they bug everyone else.

i think "anthony thomas" is a name the all use, he tried calling me at work and was very rude...when i tried calling him back they told me they cannot tranfer calls...these people are ridiculous
i filed a complaint with the MA AGs office and i'm waiting for a response.

When i called them back and asked for anthony thomas the guy made me repeat myself and kinda stumbled on his words a little. then they disconnected me and this anthony guy called me back and it sounded like the original guy "kevin" who answered the phone. I filed a second complaint with the ag's office in nj just to be safe.
